Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Trece Administrativo Oral de Medellín y el Juzgado Cuarto de Familia Oral de Barranquilla.
La controversia se generó en torno a las diferentes interpretaciones que hicieron los despachos judiciales involucrados respecto del factor territorial.
Teniendo en cuenta que ambas autoridades tienen competencia para decidir la acción de tutela instaurada, considera la Corte que debe respetarse la elección que a prevención hicieron los accionantes.
Consecuentemente con lo anterior, dispone remitir el expediente al Juzgado Trece Administrativo Oral de Medellín para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto de 28 de junio de 2018 proferido por el Juzgado Trece Administrativo Oral de Medellin, dentro del proceso de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. REMITIR, al Juzgado Trece Administrativo Oral de Medellin, el expediente ICC-3446 que contiene la accion de tutela presentada por Maria Cecilia Salom Saenz y Pablo Andres Piedrahita Salom contra la Superintendencia de Sociedades - Intendencia Regional de Barranquilla para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaria General de la Corporacion, COMUNICAR la decision adoptada en esta providencia a los accionantes y al Juzgado
